Meals-On-Wheels

Older adults living in poverty are nearly twice as likely as those living above the poverty level to have limitations in their ability to live independently. Meals-On-Wheels provides healthy delivered meals to the local senior population in need.   

THE PROBLEM
Each local program has their own website with their own list of requirements. I was tasked with helping provide an intuitive easy-to-use form that a senior could fill out for themselves or by a family member. 

THE SOLUTION
Working within the requirements provided, I explored multiple ways to pace through the category of submission. Keeping a simple to use experience was key as the target audience has a lower comfort level of signing up for a service on a website.
